Job Title: Level 2 Desktop Engineer

Location: New York, NY 10019 (Onsite)

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Level 2 Desktop Engineers with strong technical knowledge in Citrix technologies, virtualization, and networking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in desktop support and the ability to lead technical implementations in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, and virtual environments.

· Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain Citrix infrastructure and related components.

· Configure and support virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).

· Resolve incidents involving hardware, software, and network connectivity.

· Participate in technical implementation and deployment projects.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve end-user experience.

· Maintain documentation and follow ITIL-based service processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 5–8 years of hands-on IT experience with focus on desktop engineering and Citrix support.

· Strong understanding of virtualization, networking, and Windows environments.

· Proven experience in technical implementation and troubleshooting.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Job Types: Contract, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
