Desktop Support Engineer

Hello,

We are hiring for the position of Desktop Support who has 1-4 Years of experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Network Troubleshooting.

· Hardware level troubleshooting,

· Assembling and troubleshooting of hardware devices

· Software installation and configuration knowledge.

· Analyze user needs and recommend appropriate hardware.

· Remote desktop and remote assistance.

· MS outlook configuration, backup, restore and troubleshooting.

· Printer and scanners installation and troubleshooting.

· Maintain Hardware inventory.

· Maintain Software inventory.

· ADSL/Leased line knowledge.

· Configuring mail clients/server.

· DNS/DHCP/FTP/Proxy/Samba/Active-directory Services configuration and troubleshooting.

· Good Knowledge in Windows/Linux OS.

· Vendor Follow-up.

· Excellent Communication Skills

CTC - Upto 4 Lacs.

Education - Any Graduation
