Desktop / Network Engineer

Location: Andheri Marol, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Shifts: 24×7 rotational (2 shifts)

Job Responsibilities:

Desktop and network support

MS OS and MS Office troubleshooting

Hardware, software, and network issue handling

Software installation and upgrades

Requirements:

2–3 years experience in Desktop / Network Support

Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Basic networking knowledge

Good communication skills

Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift environment

Good to Have:

Citrix and Video Conferencing knowledge

Windows Server exposure
