Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Executives to join our support team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers — handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent service delivery at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, courteously, and efficiently.
  • Manage backend ticket resolution and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and internal support teams to ensure timely follow-ups and escalations.
  • Meet service quality benchmarks while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Adopt a problem-solving mindset, ensuring positive outcomes even in challenging situations.

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English (and local languages if required).
  • Clear, confident, and natural communicator with strong customer handling ability.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Previous experience in customer service / BPO / call center preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a 24×7 operational environment with rotational shifts.
  • Own conveyance is mandatory for attending rotational 24×7 shifts.

  • Working Days: 6 days per week
