Desktop Support Engineer

*Location: Andheri Marol, Mumbai*

*Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month*

*Shifts: 24×7 rotational (2 shifts) initially 10 to7 would be only*

*Job Responsibilities:*

• Desktop and network support
• MS OS and MS Office troubleshooting
• Hardware, software, and network issue handling
• Software installation and upgrades

Requirements:

2–3 years experience in Desktop / Network Support

Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Basic networking knowledge

Good communication skills

Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift environment

Good to Have:

Citrix and Video Conferencing knowledge

Windows Server exposure
