Desktop Support Engineer L1

Responsibilities:

• Desktop/Laptop installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
• OS updates, antivirus checks, and daily system maintenance.
• Application support (MS Office, Outlook, Browsers).
• Basic networking tasks: LAN checks, IP configuration.
• Logging issues and maintaining daily IT reports.

Skills Required:

• Basic hardware & software knowledge
• Windows OS troubleshooting
• Good communication & customer handling
