Role Overview

We are hiring an IT Support Engineer (L1) to provide 24x7 end-user IT support and ensure smooth operation of desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide round-the-clock IT support to end users.

* Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers & peripherals.

* Resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues.

* Log and update tickets; escalate to L2/L3 teams when required.

* Maintain IT assets and ensure system uptime.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of IT/Desktop Support experience

Strong desktop & printer troubleshooting skills

Basic knowledge of LAN, switches, and Wi-Fi

Willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
