Desktop Support Engineers

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated locally available "Desktop Support Engineers" with 5+ years of experience to join our esteemed organization in Bahrain.

Main Job Duties:

- Provide remote and onsite support to users, ensuring smooth deployment and configuration of systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, adhering to company policies.

- Enforce desktop security measures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

- Offer user support and training to enhance technical skills.

- Optimize system performance for maximum efficiency.

- Maintain detailed documentation and generate regular reports to track system functionality and support activities.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: BD450.000 - BD600.000 per month
