Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist
Job Summary: The Desktop Support Specialist provides technical support to end-users, ensuring efficient operation of computer systems and software applications. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person. - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals. - Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications. - Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems. - Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system. - Assist with network connectivity issues and printer setups. - Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical problems. - Provide training and support to users on software applications and best practices. Qualifications: - Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field; Bachelor's preferred. - Proven experience in desktop support or technical support roles. - Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. - Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). - Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems. - Knowledge of Active Directory and user account management. Working Conditions: - May require occasional overtime or on-call support. - Fast-paced environment with varying levels of technical challenges.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
