Desktop Support Technicians

We’re looking for experienced Desktop Support Technicians with 3+ years of experience. Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Hardware Knowledge: Understanding of computer hardware components, peripherals, and troubleshooting hardware issues

• Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux, common software applications, and troubleshooting software problems

• Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and provide effective solutions

Key Skills:

• Proficient in Arabic & English (written and spoken)

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
