IT Hardware Technician and Inventory Management

Experience:

3+ years in IT technical support and hardware troubleshooting.

Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting hardware issues.

- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux, and common software applications.

- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.

- Asset tracking, procurement coordination, inventory audits, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

- Identify, catalog, and maintain IT assets including hardware, software, and networking equipment.

- Coordinate procurement and vendor management for hardware repairs/replacements.

- Maintain and update a centralized inventory database for asset lifecycle management.

- Perform regular inventory audits and ensure accurate documentation.

Languages:

- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal communication).
