Joinery Technician/ Draftsman

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS:

Prepare conceptual & shop drawings for Fit-out works

Prepare 3d perspectives and Rendering.

Knowledge in Space Planning & Commercial Interior Environment & Fit out detailing.

Prepare as Built drawing as per site conditions.

Design, prepare, read, and understand shop drawings

Details to include all views and dimensions necessary for manufacture

Makes simple decisions but refers most questions/problems to technical Manager / Head of Design

Involve in technical matters and taking measurements

Must have the ability to use the latest computer software such as AutoCAD to fulfil his task

Coordinate effectively with other team members in the technical section such as purchaser, estimator, quantity surveyor, and technical manager

Visiting sites to gather information needed

Produce Architectural/fit out shop drawings

QUALIFICATIONS\REQUIREMENTS:

Interior Designing Diploma

03 to 05 GCC Years experience in the same field

Draughtsman civil diploma holder

3D animation & graphics diploma holders

Expert AutoCAD 2D &3D

MS Office & Excel

Adobe Photoshop CS

3Dstudio Max +Vray

Pay: BD400.000 - BD600.000 per month
