Project Manager for ID Fitout

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to approved plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Team Coordination: Manage and collaborate with designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets high-quality standards, design specifications, and industry best practices.
• Timeline Management: Develop and track project schedules to ensure on-time delivery while mitigating risks.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve on-site challenges efficiently to prevent project delays.
• Budget Control: Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring alignment with the allocated budget.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
• Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular progress updates, site reports, and project status briefings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management for interior design or fit-out projects.
• Very good Sub contractor management skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, material specifications, and industry regulations.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, SketchUp).

• Project Management: 2 years (Required)
