Junior Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong AutoCAD skills and preferably experience working with industrial stacking racks, warehouses, or industrial layouts. This role is ideal for a junior professional looking to gain hands-on experience in industrial and architectural design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and technical plans using AutoCAD
• Assist in the design and detailing of industrial stacking rack systems and related structures
• Develop space planning and layout drawings for industrial and warehouse environments
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, and basic cost estimates in coordination with the sales team
• Act as a sales assistant, supporting proposals, technical clarifications, and client submitting
• Assist with site measurements, revisions, and as-built drawings when required
• Support project documentation and design updates throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory
• Preferred experience with industrial stacking racks, warehouse design, or industrial projects
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate technical and commercial information
• Review drawings and quotations for accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• Assist with revisions, as-built drawings, and documentation as required
• Support site measurements and project updates when needed
