Duties & Responsibilities (ITIL compliance)

  • Experience in health care sector will be added value.
  • 24/7 Support to all PCs with peripheral devices according to appendix A, B, and for more than 9000 users.
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Support more than 9000 Employee.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
  • Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware.
  • Set up and maintain software applications, operating systems, and drivers.
  • Perform routine maintenance on desktops and laptops, including hardware upgrades and repairs.
  • IT Procurement and Vendor Management to related devices and equipment.

Skills & Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation
  • Customer Service certificate
  • Communication Skills
  • Microsoft OS knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
