Overview:
We are seeking an experienced System Administrator skilled in providing end-to-end desktop and infrastructure support across Windows and Mac environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience supporting C-suite executives and VIP users, ensuring a seamless and secure technology experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced desktop, laptop, and mobile device support for Windows and macOS users, including C-suite and VIP personnel.
Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, software, and hardware.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues across endpoints, network devices, and user accounts.
Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and related user management tasks.
Maintain and optimize system performance, backups, and security compliance.
Coordinate with IT infrastructure, networking, and security teams for smooth service delivery.
Evaluate and deploy updates, patches, and software upgrades.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and user guides.
Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and discretion when handling executive support needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT support, including system administration and desktop support roles.
Proven expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.
Strong understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, JAMF, SCCM).
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
ITIL Foundation, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications.
Experience supporting executives in fast-paced corporate environments.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Zoom, Teams, and Slack.
