Duties & Responsibilities (Shall include but not limited to):

· Handle and administrate the Digital and Business Applications.

· Handle independently projects or enhancements coordinating with all stakeholders.

· Work independently on business problems and generate meaningful insights.

· Analyze and troubleshoot user issues and questions regarding assigned applications and software.

· Create and maintain data interfaces between different applications.

· Help to automate existing manual procedures.

· Provide Training whenever it’s required.

· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

· Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.

· Document the procedures and workflow of the Digital and Business Applications.

· Lead and collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, and applications for a new system implementation.

· Responsible for translating the business language to a technical language for development.

· Audit systems and assess their outcomes.


Qualifications & Experience:

· A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant degree.

· Good knowledge of Synergi Life, RimDrill, SkillsVX, OneStream, RPA, Document Management System and Auto Audit.

· Deep knowledge of B2B systems preferably Novacura

· Previous experience working in the Oil and Gas field is preferred.

· Cross functional knowledge of applications configurations.

· Good understanding of ITIL.
