Role description

Role Summary:

We UST workday partner company are seeking a highly skilled Workday Advanced Compensation Specialist to support, enhance, and optimize our global HR technology landscape. The ideal candidate Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Advanced Compensation modules, driving global compensation process improvements. Partner with business leaders to gather requirements, configure merit, bonus, and stock plans, and support annual compensation cycles. Provide subject matter expertise, oversee system enhancements, and ensure alignment with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end configuration and implementation of Workday Advanced Compensation.

  • Gather and analyses business requirements, lead stakeholder workshops, and translate needs into Workday solutions.

  • Oversee compensation cycles, including bonuses, merit reviews, and stock plan administration.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration, testing, and troubleshooting.

  • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing system support.

  • Drive process optimization and stay updated on Workday enhancements to continuously improve compensation programs.

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Advanced Compensation modules, including:

  • Merit, Bonus, and Stock Plans

  • Compensation Worksheets & Statements

  • Compensation Guidelines and Eligibility Rules

  • Compensation Review Processes

  • Advanced Compensation Reports and Dashboards

  • Lead annual compensation cycle planning, testing, and execution.

  • Support global compensation processes and ensure compliance with corporate governance and regional requirements.

Workday Configuration & Support:

  • Perform end-to-end system configuration, testing, and deployment for enhancements and new features.

  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.

  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and process flows.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Workday releases, regression testing, and new feature adoption.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years total professional experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or HR Operations.

  • 3 + years hands-on experience with Workday HCM, specifically Advanced Compensation.

  • Workday Certification (Mandatory) — Advanced Compensation or HCM Core preferred.

  • Strong functional knowledge of Workday business processes, security, and reporting.

  • Experience supporting multiple annual compensation cycles.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
