Developer II - Enterprise Solutions(reporting)

We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Analyst with 3–5 years of hands-on Workday experience to design, develop, and maintain standard and advanced reports across Workday HCM and Financials. The role requires strong expertise in Workday reporting frameworks, data sources, calculated fields, and security, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver accurate and actionable insights.

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday Standard, Advanced, and Matrix reports
• Build and support reports across HCM modules such as:
  • Core HCM
  • Staffing
  • Compensation
  • Benefits
  • Absence
  • Talent & Performance
  • Payroll (if applicable)
• Create and optimize Calculated Fields, including:
  • Extract Single Instance
  • Lookup Related Value
  • Aggregations
  • Condition Rules
  • Text & Date Calculations
• Develop custom dashboards and Discovery Boards
• Configure and maintain Report Security, including domain and business process security
• Support EIB & Data Extract reports for integrations, audits, and third‑party vendors
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
• Troubleshoot report performance, data inaccuracies, and security issues
• Support Workday releases, including testing and validation of impacted reports
• Provide support during audits, compliance reviews, and leadership reporting needs
• Maintain proper documentation for reports, data sources, and logic
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Workday Reporting experience
• Strong expertise in:
  • Advanced & Matrix Reports
  • Workday Data Sources
  • Calculated Fields
  • Report Security & Domains
• Solid understanding of Workday HCM business processes
• Experience supporting production tenant reports
• Good knowledge of Workday object model and relationships
• Ability to analyze complex data and present insights clearly
• Experience in Agile or Support model environments
