• Independently develop clean, error-free code aligned with user stories and requirements, and validate application features.

• Provide input on application/feature/component design, and collaborate with the Lead to refine and execute technical solutions.

• Debug, test, document and communicate the development progress and outcome of features/modules.

• Choose optimal technical options — reuse, enhance or reconfigure components for efficient development.

• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to boost quality, reduce cost and accelerate delivery.

• Mentor junior developers (Developer 1 & Developer 2) and begin assuming Lead responsibilities such as technical decision-making and reviews.

• Detect recurring problem patterns, proactively raise defects or design/implementation flaws and recommend improvements to system design.

• Manage module-level activities including estimations, status reporting, defect root-cause analysis, documentation, and release execution.

• Develop features with strong understanding of the client’s business domain, contribute to knowledge base, and review peers’ work.

• Adhere to engineering standards and SLAs (coding standards, schedule/timelines, defect rates, reusability, certifications/training) and support continuous improvement
