Role Proficiency:
Develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems with minimal guidance from a Lead Developer
Outcomes:
- Work with project team to develop unit test and document small and medium complex level programs as needed for the projects
- Follows the best practises set by the project requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
- Code debug test and document; communicate product/component/feature during development stages.
- Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
- Learn technology business domain system domain individually and as recommended by the project/account
- Define/review technical requirements based on user stories.
- Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies contributing to reusability coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons etc.
- Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
- Suggest appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components
- Set goals in NorthStar measure progress timely and update accordingly

About the Role The Workday Studio Integrations Lead/Manager will be our "go to" senior consultant and provide support on Implementation projects, client augmentation roles and Application Management Services (AMS) across different regions. We are looking for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair and a willingness to wear multiple hats! Together with practice leadership you will help build the UST Global Workday practice. Looking for 1 certified or non-certified resources to join our team in India. We are also a Workday customer and certified Workday AMS provider supporting many of our clients using Workday. The Opportunity and Responsibilities: • Support and develop our local and global UST Workday integrations practice in India covering deployment, augmentation, and AMS services. • Bring your technical and deployment expertise (Workday studio hands-on expertise is a must) to client engagements and supporting junior team members. • Lead teams to work directly with clients and UST account teams around requirements gathering/design, testing and post-production support after deployment. • Oversee team workload and serve as an escalation path for urgent or high priority technical issues and major requests. • Support recruitment and growth of the Workday technical team. • Build and consolidate Internal training materials and/or client facing technical material. • Support pre-sales teams as a Workday SME while ensuring client satisfaction and success for existing accounts. • Work with internal UST product teams to leverage internal capabilities and accelerators. What you need: • 4+ years of Workday or related HRMS/Finance integrations experience with deployment and post-production support experience. You must be able to speak to this experience internally and to customers. • Strong understanding of Workday integrations and related technologies. This includes technical experience with different integration tools such as WD APIs, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, and Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTPP) • Knowledge of workday studio and custom development to/from Workday during a Phase 1 or Phase X deployment is a must have skill. • HCM/ERP software exposure across EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies • Workday Reporting and BIRT development experience or direct oversight • Have managed and grown offshore Workday teams (India preferred) to support our US/EMEA/Australia customer • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, while not losing focus on quality and team management duties • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively come across as a Workday expert and manage client expectations. • Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams. Bonus points if: • Have experience working at a certified Workday AMS partner and were or are integrations certified. • You have a good solid understanding of one or more Workday HCM or Financials functional areas. • Have supported business development or pre-sales in solution architect capacity.
