Role description

Design and build scalable front-end architecture using React
Develop reusable component libraries and design systems
Build complex UI flows from scratch (not just feature-level work)
Translate product requirements and UX designs into robust UI architecture
Define front-end engineering standards and best practices
Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
Work closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams
Contribute to CI/CD and deployment pipelines
Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers (for Senior level)
5+ years of experience in front-end development
3+ years of strong hands-on experience with React
1 builds)
Experience designing scalable, modular, reusable component architectures
Deep understanding of:
- Component design patterns
- State management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.)
- Performance optimization
- Code splitting and lazy loading
Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with TypeScript
Experience with REST APIs / GraphQL integrations
