Job Description:

The Development and Operations Engineer – Tamheer supports the software development lifecycle by managing and optimizing Atlassian tools like Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, and Crowd. This entry-level role focuses on improving workflows, automating processes with Groovy scripting, and assisting in IT Service Management (ITSM) functions such as Incident and Change Management. The candidate will work closely with teams to ensure smooth IT operations and efficient project delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Crowd).
• Familiarity with Jira Administration and Groovy scripting.
• Understanding of ITSM principles and Agile or DevOps environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Jira and related Atlassian tools.
