Job Summary

White Eagle Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Development Engineer (R&D) for its condenser manufacturing facility at Port Qasim. The role focuses on new product development, design improvements, and sample modifications, working closely with Production and Quality teams to ensure smooth transition from development to mass production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new product development activities for condenser and related components
• Develop, modify, and improve existing product designs based on customer and market requirements
• Plan, execute, and evaluate prototype and sample development trials
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams during pilot and trial runs
• Analyze product performance and recommend design or process improvements
• Support cost optimization and material efficiency initiatives
• Prepare and maintain technical drawings, specifications, and development documentation
• Ensure development activities comply with company standards, HSE, and ISO requirements

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in R&D or product development
• Experience in HVAC, condenser, evaporator, or sheet metal manufacturing preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and tooling
• Hands-on experience in sample development and product modification

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Production and Quality teams
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and value engineering concepts
• Good communication and technical documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple development activities under tight timelines
• Proficiency in MS Excel; basic ERP knowledge preferred
