Trainee Engineer-R&D (Technical Documentation)

Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Engineering team as Trainee Engineers. The successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to build and refine their technical and problem-solving skills. As a Trainee Engineer, you will work closely with experienced engineers and other departments to support ongoing projects, perform design and testing tasks, and assist in the development and implementation of engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions across various projects.
• Participate in technical analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of engineering systems.
• Support senior engineers in project planning, execution, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, specifications, and reports.
• Provide technical support in problem-solving during product development and implementation phases.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering from a PEC registered University.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of fundamental engineering principles in your field of study.
• Familiarity with engineering software and tools (e.g., MATLAB, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Simulink, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of system design, circuit analysis, mechanical design, and control systems.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials selection.
