Architecture

• Plan and lead all research and development activities.
• Define product development roadmap for aluminium profiles and glass systems.
• Window systems
• Curtain wall / wall glass systems
• Sliding and fixed glazing solutions
• Coordinate with production, quality, sales, and procurement teams.
• Approve designs, prototypes, and final products.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.
• Ensure R&D compliance with building codes and standards.
• Manage R&D budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Design aluminium profiles using CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
• Develop detailed drawings for wall glass and window glass systems.
• Optimize profile sections for strength, thermal efficiency, and cost.
• Prepare 2D & 3D models and assembly drawings.
• Support prototype development and design validation.
• Modify designs based on testing feedback and site requirements.
• Wind load resistance
• Water tightness
• Air infiltration
• Structural stability
• Coordinate glass compatibility and safety testing.
• Analyze test results and suggest design improvements.
• Prepare testing procedures and reports.
• Liaise with third-party testing and certification agencies.
• Research new aluminium alloys, finishes, and surface treatments.
• Improve extrusion and fabrication processes.
• Reduce material wastage and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Support production team for new profile development.
• Evaluate tooling, dies, and machining methods.
• Work on sustainable and energy-efficient product solutions.
