Device Logistics Officer

📌 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Device Logistics Officer to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our Apple device inventory. This role is responsible for the sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management of iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers. You will oversee all logistics from shipment tracking and customs clearance to warehouse receiving and inventory control. The successful candidate will manage device allocation, distribution, and handle the returns/RMA process in compliance with Apple's guidelines. This position involves maintaining accurate data in our ERP/WMS systems and generating insightful reports on stock levels and movements. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure device availability. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency across all channels.

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ 2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.

▸ Hands-on experience with procurement processes, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.

▸ Proficiency using inventory management systems, such as an ERP or WMS.

▸ Strong data analysis and reporting skills, particularly with MS Excel.

▸ Experience managing stock reconciliation, physical counts, and audits.

▸ Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end logistics workflows, including shipping and receiving.

▸ High attention to detail for tracking serial numbers, IMEI, and shipment data.

▸ Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders including warehouse, finance, and sales teams.

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

▸ Specific experience managing logistics for Apple devices or other consumer electronics.

▸ Exposure to Apple-specific logistics platforms or distributor portals.

▸ Experience handling returns, DOA (Dead on Arrival), and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes.

▸ Knowledge of import/customs clearance documentation and procedures.

▸ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
