DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer, for our EMEA Advanced Service team.
In this role, you will be embedded within a team of Advanced Services experts to provide a service for a strategic customer, providing hands-on expertise with Radware portfolio in Kubernetes environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and provide reporting for automated test cases within the existing test automation framework, ensuring quality, reliability, and security, as well as delivering test reports to management.
• Operate and manage Kubernetes clusters in production, using FluxCD (GitOps) for continuous delivery.
• Configure and optimize service load balancing functions.
• Manage and customize Helm charts for deployment and configuration.
• Integrate observability and logging solutions (Logstash, Filebeat, ELK/EFK).
• Implement and manage identity & access control with Keycloak or similar IAM solutions.
• Integrate security best practices into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
• Work closely with Radware R&D and Product teams, and Project Manager to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and compliance with enterprise security policies.

• 
  Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related technical field
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and Go (both required).
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering position.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (k8s) in production environments.
• Proven expertise with GitOps tools (FluxCD preferred, ArgoCD acceptable).
• Skilled in Helm chart development and customization.
• Hands-on with logging and observability tools (Logstash, Filebeat, ELK/EFK).
• Experience with Keycloak or similar IAM solutions.
• Solid background in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, load balancing, firewalls).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) – strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
