DevOps Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic tech team. The ideal candidate will drive automation, enhance deployment pipelines, improve system reliability, and bridge development and operations for efficient delivery of software.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain automated pipelines for development, staging, and production.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product) to streamline release processes.

- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security.

- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP) and optimize resource utilization.

- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and disaster recovery planning.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and performance bottlenecks.

- Maintain logs, alerts, and dashboards using monitoring tools .

- Enforce best practices for security and compliance across deployment environments.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3 years experience in DevOps or related engineering role.

- Expertise with Infrastructure as Code — Terraform recommended.

- Cloud experience with at least one provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Solid Linux/Unix systems administration knowledge.

- Experience with monitoring & alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK).

- Skilled in scripting (Bash, Python, or similar).
