About the Role:

We are looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our fast-paced engineering team. In this role, you will help manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes while ensuring platform stability and performance. You will work closely with engineering teams to improve system reliability, automate operational workflows, and support efficient and secure application deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.

Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) across development and production environments.

Deploy and manage applications using Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.

Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) for automated infrastructure provisioning.

Monitor system performance and ensure application reliability and availability.

Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and system scalability.

Key Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related roles.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Good understanding of Linux systems, networking, and scripting (Bash/Python).

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and monitoring tools is a plus.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Flexibility to work early morning or late evening shifts as needed.

Interview Process:

Screening: A test-based assessment to evaluate technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Round 1: A technical interview to assess the candidate’s expertise and practical experience.

Round 2: A discussion with the CTO to evaluate strategic thinking and technical alignment.

Round 3: An HR interview to assess cultural fit, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
