DevOps/MLOps Engineer

About the Role

IBS (Inspurate Business Services) is looking for a DevOps/MLOps Engineer to streamline and optimize deployment pipelines across both web and machine learning environments. You’ll work closely with our development and data teams to manage CI/CD workflows, container orchestration, and model lifecycle management.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex deployment and scalability problems across diverse environments—including traditional applications and ML workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for software and ML workflows
• Set up and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Integrate ML lifecycle tools like MLflow for experiment tracking and model deployment
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models using AWS SageMaker and Google Vertex AI
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and monitoring
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure seamless deployment pipelines
• Implement security, logging, and monitoring best practices
• Support rollback strategies, versioning, and blue/green deployments

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
• Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Familiarity with MLflow or similar tools for ML model management
• Deployment experience on AWS SageMaker or Vertex AI
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles (infrastructure as code, automation, reproducibility)
• Working knowledge of version control systems (Git) and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Fluent in English. Must be able to speak, read, and Write in English fluently. The role requires working with international clients.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation
• Familiarity with container security practices
• Exposure to MLOps workflows including model registry, drift detection, and auditability
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum product teams

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
