QA + DevOps/MLOps Specialist

About the Role

IBS (Inspurate Business Services) is looking for a versatile QA + DevOps/MLOps Specialist who can contribute across both quality assurance automation and cloud-based deployment operations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of code quality, infrastructure automation, and AI/ML pipeline support.

You'll play a key role in enabling our engineering team to build faster, test smarter, and deploy reliably. If you’re an engineer who loves building systems that scale, writing tests that catch real issues, and working with AI/ML workloads, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

QA / Test Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and PyTest
• Set up and manage automated testing pipelines for web and backend systems
• Ensure test coverage for critical workflows, edge cases, and integration scenarios
• Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs, suggest improvements, and maintain QA documentation

DevOps / MLOps

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment
• Maintain containerized infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes
• Support deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models using tools like MLflow, AWS SageMaker, and Google Vertex AI
• Ensure infrastructure is secure, scalable, and cost-efficient
• Implement logging, monitoring, and rollback strategies for deployments

Required Skills & Technologies

• QA Tools: Selenium, PyTest, TestNG (preferred), experience with test automation frameworks
• DevOps Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins
• Cloud & MLOps: AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, MLflow
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools is a plus (e.g., Terraform)
• Ability to document testing strategies and system architecture clearly
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English. Speaking, Reading, and Writing. Must be able to communicate comfortably with international teams in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined experience in QA automation and DevOps/MLOps roles
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional engineering teams
• Exposure to AI/ML model deployment workflows is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
