QA Engineer

BS (Inspurate Business Services) is hiring a QA Engineer to help us ensure quality and reliability across the software platforms we build. You’ll be embedded with our development teams and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks that catch bugs before users do.

This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about breaking things before the customer does, who loves writing clean automation scripts, and who thrives in a fast-paced project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and PyTest
• Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and write robust test cases
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks for functional, regression, and smoke testing
• Execute and monitor test suites during CI/CD pipeline runs
• Log and track defects using bug tracking tools like Jira
• Analyze test results, identify patterns, and proactively suggest improvements
• Ensure testing coverage across web and API layers
• Contribute to QA process improvement and documentation
• Fluent in English. Speaking, Writing, and Reading.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for browser automation
• Experience with PyTest for backend/API or service-level test scripting
• Solid understanding of test automation principles and frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test suites into build processes
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases
• Proficient in debugging issues and working with developers to resolve them

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Experience with REST API testing tools (like Postman, REST-assured)
• Familiarity with performance or load testing tools
• Exposure to version control systems like Git
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
