Application Engineer (Mechanical–Mechatronics)

To design, develop, and implement mechanical and mechatronic solutions for boiler systems, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with client requirements. Serve as a link between the engineering team, production, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design and modify boiler systems using 2D & 3D AutoCAD.

- Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation.

- Coordinate with clients for technical specifications.

- Use MS Project (FES) for project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.

- Assist in the integration of PLC and SCADA systems for automation and control.

- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimations.

- Support sales and marketing teams with technical input.

- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning.

- Troubleshoot mechanical and mechatronic issues in the field.

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Education:

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering from HEC recognized institution.

- Additional certifications in PLC, SCADA, AutoCAD (2D & 3D), and MS Project are preferred.

- Experience Requirements– 1–3 years for Junior / 3–5 years for Mid-level.- Experience in boiler, thermal systems, or industrial machinery preferred.

- Knowledge of automation control systems beneficial.

Technical Skills:

– Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D.- Project planning with MS Project (FES).

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA operation.

- Understanding of mechanical design, thermodynamics, and materials.

- Ability to work with manufacturing teams for implementation.

Compensation & Benefits (Karachi): 60k – 90k per month.

Work Location: Site Area Karachi – Onsite with occasional travel to client sites.
