We are looking for a passionate and commercially driven Regional Fragrance Expert toelevatefragrance performance and retail excellence across the region.
This dynamic, field based role combines strong sales focus with coaching expertise to ensure fragrance excellence at every point of sale. The Regional Fragrance Expert plays a key role in driving sell-out performance, enhancing consultaion standards, and representing Dolce&Gabbana beauty during key events and brand activiations.
Key Responsibilities: Retail Excelelnce & Sales Focus
- Drive fragrance sell-out through active selling and high level fragrance consultaions.
- Elevate customer experience by delivering personalized, luxury fragrance consultaions.
- Support top doors in maximizing c onversion, cross-selling, and link selling opportunities.
- Maintain strong field presence to ensure excellence in retail execution and client engagment.
Coaching & Training:
- Coach and develop Dolce&Gabbana beauty consultants in fragrance knowledge, consultaion and selling skills.
- Partner with the Education Manager in the preparation and execution of Dolce&Gabbana fragrance workshops, seminars, and new launch training initiatives.
- Deliver in store training to retailers teams, ensuring they remain fully informed on all new launches.
- Train and brief freelancers on Dolce&Gabbana fragrances, equipping them to sell effectively during podium activiaties and brand activations.
PR, Events & Brand Representation:
- Represent Dolce&Gabbana at launches, VIP events, media activations, and retail animations.
- Support mega brand activations and ensure luxury execution on the field.
- Partner with marketing and retail teams to deliver a premium client experience across all touchpoints.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on fragrance performance, team progress, and training impact. Recommending actions to strengthen category growth.
- Share field insights to support Sales, Education. And Marketing strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commericial and Marketing, to drive sell-out performance and business objectives.
- Manage and monitor the allocated training budget and travell expenses , ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business priorities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail focused experience in luxury beauty, fragrance, or retail education.
- Proven expertise in fragrance with storng understanding of olfactory notes and luxury client experience.
- Hands on experience in coaching and mentoring retail team.
- Strong commercial awarness and understanding of retail KPIs.
- Fluency in English is requiered, Arabic is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel across the Middle East region.
- Strong presentaion and public speaking skills.
- Creative thinking and strong interpersoanl and influencing abilities.
- Passion for luxury beauty and fragrance excellence.
- Flexible schedule with availibility to travel across the region.
