Position: Sr. Manager/DGM – Wind Asset Management

Location: Mondipatti, Tamilnadu

Department: Asset Management

Experience: 15 – 20 Years of experience after graduation.

Qualification: BE in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics from reputed institution.

Position/Job Description For Manager/Senior Executive-Wind Asset Management

• Manager/Senior Executive Asset Management would be responsible for day-to-day operation of wind farms & associated equipment. Must be having good exposure on Wind Power generation with experience of handling at least 100MW wind portfolio.
• Ensuring ZERO fatal accident and Lost Time Injuries (LTI) of his site and strict adherence of EHS compliance requirements.
• Daily Performance analysis & achieving KPI targets, planning resources to maintain deliverables.
• Must be able to perform Wind Turbine performance Analysis using Power Curve Analysis, ,Critical parameter analysis, Reliability & Downtime Analysis, MTTR & MTBF, reduction of TAT
• Experience of O&M of equipment in WTG & BOP, Substation equipment including experience in handling upto 220KV voltage level Switchyard , PSS, Transmission lines.
• Preparing yearly maintenance schedule of WTG, electrical infrastructure (BOP), and sub-station maintenance and testing in low wind periods to avoid asset generation loss and ensure 100% Availability of turbine during high wind season.
• Exposure to Suzlon, GE, SGRE, INOX, Adani make WTG, GWO License Holder is preferred.
• Good understanding of all Electrical related drawings, Wind PPC, SCADA is must. Exposure to Hybrid PPC is added advantage.
• Providing technical support to resolve critical issues related to wind turbine performance.
• Experience of preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Site progress/Operation report.
• Experience of Multiple Vendors management & experience of working with EPC/Subcontractor/ Construction companies. Inter-departmental coordination like safety, engineering, administration, techno commercial, legal, and finance is mandatory.
• Providing real time support to operational issues faced by site team
• RCA/CAPA analysis of repeated breakdown events and ensuring the implementation of corrective actions across the fleet.
• Responsible for SOP/SMP standardization of Wind Portfolio.
• Communicating with External agencies, OEM for speedy settlement of Warranty & Insurance claims.
• Timely settlement of DSM with respective SLDCs and taking action to minimize F&S penalties.
• Good spares management skill and coordinating with suppliers for timely material delivery.
• Performing Technical and Safety Audits as per schedule and 100% closure of CAPA.
• Site Visits to identify the gaps and addressing vital issues effecting the performance of wind park.
• MIS preparation - Breakdown Analytics, Performance improvement of WTG, Loss waterfall
• Learning Agility, New Technologies know how.
