Job Summary

The DGM-IOA Delivery role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of Salesforce projects focusing on sales and marketing solutions. With a hybrid work model and rotational shifts the candidate will manage delivery operations ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives. The role demands expertise in delivery management with a strong emphasis on Salesforce delivery and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values innovation and efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects ensuring timely and quality outcomes that meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives and client needs.
  • Implement best practices in delivery management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to integrate Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize delivery processes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance risk and compliance standards maintaining the integrity and security of project deliverables.
  • Utilize finance and accounting knowledge to manage project budgets and financial reporting accurately.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting project deadlines.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest Salesforce and delivery management trends.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in delivery management with a focus on Salesforce delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in sales and marketing with the ability to integrate these into Salesforce solutions.
  • Have experience in governance risk and compliance as well as finance and accounting as a nice to have.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Show adaptability to a hybrid work model and rotational shifts ensuring consistent project delivery.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement in delivery processes.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction in all project deliverables.
