DHA Registered or Assistant Nurse (Female Homecare)

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive DHA-licensed Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse with strong clinical expertise and excellent communication abilities. This role reports to both the Medical Director and the Home Healthcare Director and requires flexibility to deliver nursing care across various service areas based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse
• Solid clinical knowledge with hands-on nursing experience
• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deliver comprehensive nursing care to both adult and pediatric patients
• Sound clinical judgment, strong adherence to DHA regulations, and the ability to make timely, well-informed decisions

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality home nursing care to patients with acute and chronic conditions, including patient assessments, medication administration in compliance with DHA standards, IV therapy, nebulization, wound care, phlebotomy, tracheostomy care, urinary catheterization, PEG feeding, and other nursing procedures
• Monitor, assess, and accurately record vital signs, and perform basic diagnostic procedures such as blood glucose testing, pulse oximetry, and ECG monitoring
• Ensure accurate, timely, and professional documentation of patient records and clinical reports

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
