About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Diabetes Business Development Executive to strengthen our diabetes-focused healthcare initiatives. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of diabetes management and experience in promoting healthcare solutions through B2B and B2C channels. Candidates from a Medical Representative or Pharmaceutical Sales background are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the diabetes segment across both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare partners.
  • Promote company services and products related to diabetes care and wellness programs.
  • Conduct field visits, presentations, and outreach activities to expand the diabetes network.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute campaigns for diabetes awareness and patient engagement.
  • Achieve business growth and sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and conversion rates through CRM or reporting tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in diabetes care, treatments, and healthcare industry trends.
  • Participate in health camps, awareness drives, and other community engagement programs as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in diabetes or chronic disease segments.
  • Strong understanding of diabetes care and related therapeutic products.
  • Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Background:

  • Prior experience as a Medical Representative or in Pharma Sales focusing on diabetes or metabolic disorders.
  • Existing network of contacts within healthcare providers or diagnostic centers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
