Die Cutter Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate offline die cutting machines; perform machine setup, make-ready adjustments, and monitor production.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and identify/correct defects, adhering to ISO, cGMP, and HACCP standards.
• Perform minor maintenance and adjustments on equipment to resolve operational issues and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3+ years of offline die cutting experience in the folding carton industry.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and proficiency in mathematical calculations related to weights and measurements.

Preferred

• Experience with Cleveland or Bobst die cutters.
