We are looking for an experienced Die Cutter Operator to join our printing and packaging production team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience operating die-cutting machines for boxes, packaging materials, and commercial print items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up die-cutting machines (manual, semi-auto, or automatic) for various print and packaging jobs.
• Handle die-cutting for carton boxes, packaging items, labels, folders, and custom shapes.
• Install and adjust dies, plates, creasing rules, and cutting parameters.
• Inspect output to ensure accurate cutting, clean edges, proper creasing, and correct registration.
• Troubleshoot issues like misalignment, cutting depth errors, or material feeding problems.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.
• Follow production schedules and ensure all jobs are delivered on time.
• Maintain daily production logs and coordinate with the production supervisor.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating die-cutting machines in a printing or packaging company.
• Knowledge of materials such as duplex board, kraft, corrugated sheets, art paper, and other substrates.
• Ability to read job tickets, artwork layouts, and cutting guides.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
