Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day maintenance, repair, and installation works related to civil, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry trades.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance across company offices, workshops, and project sites.
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, fittings, tiles, ceilings, lighting, and plumbing components as required.
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and repairing temporary site facilities such as site offices, storage rooms, and utilities.
- Carry out minor masonry, painting, and finishing works to maintain facility standards.
- Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, providing timely solutions with minimal disruption.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks performed, materials used, and tools handled.
- Report any major maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the supervisor for corrective action.
- Support other site and facility teams in general upkeep and improvement works as directed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Building Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in general maintenance or repair work (construction or facilities background preferred).
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil repair activities.
- Ability to perform multiple maintenance tasks independently and troubleshoot on-site issues.
- Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and maintenance safety procedures.
- Good teamwork and communication skills with a proactive and responsible attitude.
- Physically fit and adaptable to various work environments and site conditions.
- Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when required.
- GCC experience and a valid driving license are preferred.
