Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in Arbitration, Mediation, and Conciliation proceedings effectively.
Draft and review arbitration agreements, pleadings, settlement terms, and other legal documents related to dispute resolution.
Provide expert legal opinions and strategic advice on ADR mechanisms and dispute resolution.
Attend hearings, lead negotiations, and maintain continuous communication with clients and stakeholders.
Keep abreast of national and international laws, regulations, and best practices related to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; LLM or diploma in ADR is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in ADR or litigation practice.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
In-depth knowledge of Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and related procedural laws.
Excellent communication, analytical, and client management abilities
