Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client/s on all things social/digital, ensuring timely updates, responses, and clarity across all campaigns & requirements which may be planned, periodic and always-on and ad-hoc.
  • Manage complete internal operations of the client/s across all campaigns with internal teams including design, animation, media, PR, IM, community teams if required.
  • Meet and liaise with client/s to discuss and identify their requirements, understanding brief documents, making contact reports and debriefing with relevant teams at the agency.
  • Take complete ownership of the client’s portfolio business as the main client facing account lead.
  • Manage a seamless system of final approved output , based on client’s requirements, post revisions / modifications for everything from the client.
  • Publish/ Digitally post all organic feed content / posts / stories / reels on all platforms as scheduled and mandated by client relevant and officiated by the client including META, YT, Linked-In, Tik Tok and Twitter and others platforms as and when officiated.
  • Create always-on calendars, campaign plan presentations incorporating help from design, IM/PR team.
  • Present the campaign ideas and presentations to the client as per their requirements and plans.
  • Lead, monitor and make necessary arrangements for seamless execution of all committed deliverables from agency on Client events including shoots, special day productions.
  • Ensure end-to end data delivery and assist on work deliverables related to production post live events / shoots.
  • Conduct physical / online market surveys and prepare competitive analysis for social platforms.
  • Assist in video content/ reels / short video making and posting for live events and other content
  • Be up to date with new social media trends for content and platform updates
  • Manage on-ground activities/ events/ live feeds/ others if required.
  • Manage social media platforms communities and moderation .
  • Create client reports as mandated by them.
  • Assist in pitches, along with other agency colleagues, with the aim of securing new business for the agency as and when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, social media, or digital marketing within a digital-first agency environment.
  • Proficient in the use of tools for deck making, creating short video content like Canva, Capcut etc.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital campaigns, and content management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
