The Digital Account Manager is responsible for establishing and driving a comprehensive digital strategy from the ground up to enhance internal capabilities and generate new revenue streams. This role involves managing complex projects and the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial digital solutions while maintaining accountability for meeting specific sales targets. Additionally, the manager must build strong relationships with key stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather innovation ideas and communicate product value propositions across the market.
Your Responsibilities
Establish and drive a Roche digital strategy from the ground up to foster internal capabilities and generate new revenue streams.
Hold full accountability for digital product commercial targets and contribute to the country's overall financial goals.
Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives in targeted accounts, and continuous search for opportunities and their implementation in the KSA market
Develop go-to-market plans for new solutions and commercial models while analyzing the competitive landscape to maintain a market edge.
Interface with external healthcare KOLs and internal business areas to gather, prioritize, and scale digital innovation ideas.
Use data, analytics, and financial models to build finely tuned business cases for digital value creation.
Integrate various digital products and services into a cohesive narrative that enhances the overall digital value proposition.
Evaluate the go-to-market potential for third-party digital applications on Roche products to ensure quick commercial wins.
Manage complex projects within the KSA market, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Drive the end-to-end process of creating and implementing commercial solutions while meeting or exceeding sales objectives in targeted accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and colleagues to share information and obtain prospects.
Who You Are
You hold a BSc/MSc degree in Medical, Biomedical, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science or related. An MBA is considered a plus
You built a minimum of 5 years of work experience in (digital/IT) solution selling, Business Development, Product Management, or related. Previous experience in monetizing healthcare digital solutions, and/or exposure to HIS & LIS Solutions in the Healthcare System are considered a plus
You built advanced levels in communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiations skills
You are result oriented and are able to meet timelines, with moderate supervision and direction
You have a growth mindset with the ability to think and plan strategically
You are flexible and willing to travel within Saudi Arabia
You are fluent in English and Arabic
