   Job Description:
  
- 
   Plan, manage, and execute direct-sold and programmatic ad campaigns
  
- 
   Handle trafficking tasks: implementation, testing, deployment, delivery, and optimization
  
- 
   Support sales planners and managers in pre- and post-sales campaign activities
  
- 
   Build and maintain relationships with digital traders and account managers
  
- 
   Serve as the main contact for campaign reporting and end-of-campaign summaries
  
- 
   Troubleshoot technical and creative issues with sales and engineering teams
  
- 
   Collaborate with marketing solutions to test and evaluate new ad products
  
- 
   Conduct QA checks on all live campaigns
  
- 
   Monitor and distribute pacing reports to ensure smooth campaign delivery
  
- 
   Develop custom optimization strategies for better delivery and performance
  
- 
   Advanced usage of GAM and other Nabd's proprietary tools for trafficking and ad serving
  
- 
   Resolve publisher support tickets based on set guidelines
  
- 
   Onboard new publishers and assist with ad product integration
  
- 
   Create and manage publisher ad units for product packages
  
- 
   Support digital marketing initiatives and campaign activities
  
- 
   Design ad mockups and creatives as needed
  
- 
   Set up and optimize AdX deals to boost revenue
  
- 
   Perform other related duties as assigned
  
   Job Requirements:
  
- 
   3+ years of experience in digital ad operations or campaign management
  
- 
   Proficient in
   
    Google Ad Manager (GAM)
   
   , DV360, AdX, and programmatic platforms
  
- 
   Strong skills in trafficking, QA, pacing, reporting, and optimization
  
- 
   Solid understanding of media buying, deal setup, and yield strategies
  
- 
   Comfortable managing multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
  
- 
   Excellent communication, coordination, and troubleshooting abilities
  
- 
   Experience with publisher onboarding and ad unit setup
  
- 
   Basic design skills (Photoshop) a plus
  
- 
   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred
  
- 
   Valid Residency in UAE.
