About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team at Legend Holding Rent a Car. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in media buying and performance campaigns specifically within the rent-a-car or automotive industry, with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive leads and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Manage and monitor media buying activities, ensuring cost efficiency and strong ROI.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and user engagement.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets, performance reports, and forecasting of campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, and Brand) to align campaigns with business objectives and seasonal promotions.
- Identify new opportunities, audience segments, and marketing trends to maximize visibility and reach.
- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and keywords to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
- Generate insightful reports and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and performance metrics.
- Ensure campaigns comply with data protection and platform advertising policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing or media buying, preferably within the rent-a-car, automotive, or mobility industry.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, and Video), Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other key marketing performance indicators.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM strategies and lead generation funnels.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel or Data Studio for campaign reporting.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with programmatic advertising and remarketing strategies.
- Familiarity with automotive or car rental customer journeys and seasonal campaign planning.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
