We are looking for a team member who can manage our digital advertising operations end-to-end, is proficient in Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM 360), and has at least 3 years of experience. This role is responsible for managing ad inventory, setting up campaigns, optimizing performance, and reporting.

Position: Digital Ad Operations Specialist (GAM 360)

Location: Etiler, Istanbul

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital ad operations or a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM 360)
• Strong knowledge of advertising technologies, ad serving, tagging, and programmatic processes
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Basic technical knowledge (HTML/JavaScript tag logic, ad serving tech stack) is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow through on tasks

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Set up campaigns via Google Ad Manager 360
• Manage ad inventory and monitor ad delivery
• Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
• Identify and resolve ad issues (discrepancies, tag errors, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, advertisers, technical teams)
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports
• Stay updated on AdTech trends and suggest process improvements
