Position: Digital Ads Expert (Performance Marketing Specialist)

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Ads Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in digital advertising

Platforms Expertise:

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube)
• LinkedIn Ads
• TikTok Ads

Location:

Montoro Homes 26km Main Ferozpur Road opposite Grand Avenue Housing scheme,Lahore

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, and retargeting
• Expertise in lead generation and conversion optimization
• Ability to analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics
• Experience in budget management and ROI optimization
• Creative mindset for ad copy and campaign ideas
• Must be punctual, dedicated, and target-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across all major platforms
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation
• Monitor performance and provide detailed reports
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team for creatives
