Digital Ads Specialist

Job Overview:

Dione Software is looking for a motivated and creative Digital Ads Specialist (Fresher) to join our growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with basic knowledge of digital advertising who are eager to start their career in the digital marketing field.

The selected candidate will assist in managing online ad campaigns, learning the fundamentals of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, and contributing to real marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing digital ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms.
• Support the marketing team in audience research and ad content planning.
• Monitor ongoing campaigns and prepare basic performance reports.
• Collaborate with the design team for ad creatives and visuals.
• Learn and apply digital marketing tools and strategies under supervision.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and advertising techniques.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate or Final-Year Student in Marketing, Media Studies, Business, or IT.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and online advertising.
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
• Knowledge of Canva or any design tool is a plus.
• Understanding of social media trends and analytics.
